Machinist/Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machinist/Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC machinery, interpret technical drawings.

Duties

• Read and interpret CAD and Solidworks drawings
• Setup, program and operate older Fadal (VNX3016L), Haas VF-4 machines as well as a manual lathe for short run production parts. G Code Programming
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tooling and hand tools are properly stored and maintained
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
