Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Magento Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Magento, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy multiple fully functional e-commerce websites using Magento.
• Customize Magento modules, themes, and extensions according to business requirements.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, payment gateways, and shipping solutions.
• Ensure high standards of website performance, security, responsiveness, SEO, and scalability.
• Apply strong expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Magento ecosystem.
• Manage and optimize databases to support smooth operations and future growth.
• Use Git and other version control tools to maintain clean, structured, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews, debug complex issues, and implement effective frontend and backend solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior developers while ensuring timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Magento features, tools, and e-commerce industry trends.
• Follow Magento-specific testing, debugging, and deployment best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in e-commerce development with a strong focus on Magento.
• Magento Certification is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of Magento architecture, database design, data models, and security standards.
• Proven experience in performance optimization, scalability, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
