Senior Full Stack MERN Developer

We are looking to hire an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can confidently deliver modern web solutions. The right candidate will have hands-on experience building admin dashboards for web and mobile platforms, developing high-performance APIs, and creating clean, intuitive front-end interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product managers and designers to bring features to life and support user and business goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs supporting mobile applications
• Develop scalable, responsive, and user-focused UIs with React.js
• Implement server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js
• Handle database operations in MongoDB, including performance tuning
• Partner with mobile teams to ensure smooth API integration
• Produce clean, structured, and well-documented code
• Diagnose and fix issues across the application stack
• Use Git for version control and work within an agile environment
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices in MERN development

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years professional experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Demonstrated success building and integrating APIs for mobile applications
• Strong command of React.js for front-end development
• Backend development expertise using Node.js / Express.js
• Solid understanding of MongoDB data modeling and queries
• Experience with Redux or similar state-management tools
• Ability to build responsive, cross-browser layouts
• General understanding of mobile development workflows and integrations
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Points

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services
• Knowledge of React Native
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of API and application-level security principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
