Magento Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of Magento-based e-commerce websites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine project requirements.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable Magento solutions that align with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve defects, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Maintain code quality through adherence to established coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Optimize website performance and responsiveness through strategic implementation and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with Magento releases and upgrades to ensure compatibility and leverage new features.
• Implement regular maintenance tasks, including monitoring, backups, and security measures.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

Skills Required:

1- Technical Proficiency:

• Strong expertise in Magento 2, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth understanding of Magento architecture, theming, and module development.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).

2- Soft Skills:

• Familiarity with web development best practices, SEO, and e-commerce principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor Degree or Higher.
• Passion for software products.
• Perfect written English.
• Highly creative and autonomous.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.
