Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain all company hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, etc.).
- Administer and monitor LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Configure and manage servers, shared drives, and user access controls.
- Ensure regular system updates, patches, and performance optimization.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and configurations.
2. Technical Support & Helpdesk
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for hardware, software, email, and connectivity issues.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 / Google Workspace accounts and permissions.
- Resolve system failures with minimal downtime.
- Train staff on basic IT usage and cybersecurity awareness.
3. Website & Digital Platform Management
- Manage and maintain company and event websites (WordPress or other CMS).
- Update website content, landing pages, banners, and event information.
- Monitor website uptime, speed optimization, and performance analytics.
- Handle domain registration, DNS management, hosting configuration, and SSL certification.
- Coordinate with marketing/design teams for new web features and integrations.
4. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Implement and monitor firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions.
- Ensure regular data backups (cloud & local) and disaster recovery planning.
- Monitor vulnerabilities and apply security patches proactively.
- Protect company data from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
5. Exhibition & Event IT Support
- Manage on-site IT setup during exhibitions and corporate events.
- Handle registration systems, badge printing, scanners, and digital displays.
- Ensure smooth operation of Wi-Fi networks and digital kiosks during events.
- Provide real-time technical troubleshooting during exhibitions.
6. System Development & Improvement
- Recommend IT upgrades and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Evaluate and implement new software/tools aligned with business needs.
- Support ERP, CRM, or accounting software if applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in IT management and web administration.
