Your Role:

Join Adobe Commerce Cloud as a Technical Support Engineer and solve complex technical challenges to enhance customer experiences. This high-impact role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical contact for Magento E-commerce issues.

Troubleshoot Linux-based environments, web applications, and databases .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues.

Ensure timely issue resolution within SLA guidelines .

Conduct log analysis to diagnose performance and infrastructure issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation .

Participate in on-call rotations and weekend support as required.

What You Bring:

5+ years in enterprise software or cloud support.

Expertise in Linux, Apache, NGINX, Redis, DNS, CDN, and SSL .

2+ years of experience with Magento Commerce Cloud (preferred).

Proficiency in MySQL, database queries, and scripting languages (Node.js, Perl, Java, Python).

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset .

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment .
