We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to help power our daily transportation and distribution operations. In this role, you’ll be the key link between drivers, dispatch, customers, and warehouse teams—ensuring shipments are scheduled accurately, delivered on time, and handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily routes, schedules, and load assignments
• Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates
• Resolve delivery delays and service issues proactively
• Maintain accurate transportation records and compliance documentation
• Monitor fleet and equipment availability
• Support dispatch operations and optimize routing efficiency
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, trucking, or supply chain (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; TMS software experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Flexible schedule, including occasional extended hours when needed
