Job Title: Maintenance Manager (Gym Operations)
Location: Kolkata (Must be willing to travel across all branches.

-Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance activities across our gym branches. The ideal candidate will ensure that all equipment, facilities, and utilities are in top working condition, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for members and staff.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily maintenance operations across multiple gym locations.
Inspect, repair, and maintain gym equipment (treadmills, cross-trainers, bikes, etc.). Handle electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance tasks. Coordinate with vendors for servicing, spare parts, and AMC agreements.

Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and inventory of tools/materials.

Ensure timely preventive maintenance and resolve breakdowns quickly.

Travel regularly to all gym ventures as required for inspection and support.

Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness standards are met.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance (preferably in gyms, fitness centers, or commercial facilities).
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Ability to handle multi-location maintenance tasks. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid two-wheeler license and be open to frequent travel. ---

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
