Maintenance Technician

Gravity Vacation Homes Rental LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time position that requires a valid UAE driver's license.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and repair of our portfolio of vacation rental properties. Your role is crucial in ensuring our homes are in excellent condition for our guests. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to guest and team requests for maintenance assistance.
• Troubleshoot issues with appliances, air conditioning units, and other property systems.
• Manage and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to various job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and storage area.
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members regarding maintenance status and needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
• Valid UAE driver's license is a must.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Compensation

• Salary: AED 3,000 per month + Petrol Allowance
• Benefits: Petrol allowance provided
