Maintenance Coordinator

Summary:

Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of maintenance plant operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Below responsibilities will be within a specific area of expertise. (Electronics, Ovens, PM / Parts Inventory, etc.)
• Responsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipment
• Responsible for maintaining the safety of the facility and all equipment
• Will work closely with the Maintenance Manager in developing and directing the Maintenance Tech Positions or similar positions within the scope of their expertise.
• Direct the performance of preventative maintenance on the machinery and building, as needed.
• Must know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failure
• Repair equipment as needed due to breakdowns

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
• 3 years of management experience, preferably in a bakery or cookie/cracker industry.
• Technical/Industry Certifications also preferred.
• Must have mechanical, electrical and PLC / Electronic trouble shooting skills.
