Summary:
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of maintenance plant operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Below responsibilities will be within a specific area of expertise. (Electronics, Ovens, PM / Parts Inventory, etc.)

Responsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipment

Responsible for maintaining the safety of the facility and all equipment
-
Will work closely with the Maintenance Manager in developing and directing the Maintenance Tech Positions or similar positions within the scope of their expertise.

Direct the performance of preventative maintenance on the machinery and building, as needed.

Must know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failure
-
Repair equipment as needed due to breakdowns
Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
-
3 years of management experience, preferably in a bakery or cookie/cracker industry.

Technical/Industry Certifications also preferred.
-
Must have mechanical, electrical and PLC / Electronic trouble shooting skills.
