HIRING MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR:

  • Ensure school buildings, classrooms, labs, washrooms, and offices are properly maintained.
  • Check plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, HVAC, doors, windows, and furniture.
  • Receive maintenance complaints from teachers or administration.
  • Arrange repairs or assign work to maintenance staff.
  • Coordinate with technicians for electrical, plumbing, or mechanical issues.
  • Supervise janitors, electricians, plumbers, gardeners, and other maintenance workers.
  • Schedule and monitor daily maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify damage, hazards, or repair needs.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed in the school premises.
  • Report hazards that could affect students or staff.
  • Contact external contractors for major repairs (AC, elevators, construction work).
  • Monitor their work and ensure it is completed properly.
  • Keep records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and expenses.
  • Plan preventive maintenance to avoid future problems.
  • Arrange furniture, equipment, and facilities for school events, meetings, or functions.
  • Purchase or manage maintenance tools, cleaning materials, and spare parts.
  • Respond quickly to urgent issues like water leaks, electrical faults, or equipment breakdown.

  • Bachelors degree.

Experience:At least 1 year experience.
