Maintenance Coordinator

The Assistant Property & Facility Engineer supports the Property & Facility Engineer in the efficient operation and maintenance of company properties. This role involves assisting with preventive and corrective maintenance, conducting inspections, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and maintaining optimal performance of all building systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Support fault diagnosis and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and report findings.

Preventive Maintenance (PPM)

• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Support preparation of maintenance checklists and track completion.
• Coordinate with technicians during maintenance activities.
• Record and report asset conditions after maintenance.

Corrective Maintenance

• Assist in handling breakdowns and emergency repairs.
• Support supervision of technicians and contractors during repair work.
• Ensure timely and safe completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation of work orders and reports.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Assist in coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Verify completed work and report any issues.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all activities comply with UAE safety regulations and Civil Defense requirements.
• Support safety inspections, audits, and emergency drills.
• Report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical records.
• Support asset documentation, including manuals and warranties.
• Assist in tracking spare parts and inventory.

Energy & Sustainability Support

• Monitor energy consumption (electricity, water, HVAC).
• Assist in implementing energy-saving initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
