Maintenance Crew Member

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Crew Member, you will deliver maintenance services on residential and commercial properties. Success means clean, safe, beautifully maintained landscapes completed efficiently and safely — contributing directly to customer satisfaction and company reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate professional-grade equipment to mow, trim, edge, and blow lawns
• Uphold company safety standards and maintain clean, functional equipment and vehicles
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers on site
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily goals

Requirements:

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and safety compliance
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Smartphone with internet access for schedule and communication
