KRA for Electrician (Maintenance) – QSR Sector
1. Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of all electrical installations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in kitchen equipment, lighting, signage, and other restaurant infrastructure.
- Ensure safe electrical load management and report any capacity issues.
2. AC (Air Conditioning) System Maintenance
- Perform regular checks, cleaning, and servicing of AC units (split, cassette, VRV systems if applicable).
- Quickly address breakdowns, refrigerant leakages, thermostat issues, or any cooling inefficiencies.
- Maintain energy-efficient operations to reduce power consumption and optimize costs.
3. Refrigeration System Maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on cold storage units, freezers, under-counter refrigerators, and chillers.
- Identify issues like gas leaks, compressor faults, or temperature irregularities and rectify them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards by maintaining required temperatures consistently.
4. Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and escalate any equipment nearing end-of-life to management for action.
5. Emergency Response & Downtime Minimization
- Provide rapid response to urgent maintenance issues to minimize restaurant downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required, ensuring fast resolution.
6. Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all electrical and HVAC work complies with local statutory regulations and restaurant brand standards.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure use of proper PPE during maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and participate in audits.
7. Asset Management and Inventory Control
- Maintain a stock of critical spares (fuses, relays, refrigerant gas, filters, etc.).
- Keep an updated inventory list and forecast the need for replacements.
8. Reporting and Communication
- Report maintenance work completed and pending to the Facility Manager/Operations Head regularly.
- Maintain daily/weekly checklists and service records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Train and guide restaurant team members on basic troubleshooting and emergency shutdown procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
