Description:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on production equipment, machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, furnaces, compressors, and automated systems.
- Install, maintain, and modify electrical wiring, panels, breakers, transformers, sensors, and controls.
- Diagnose and repair PLC systems, VFDs, HMIs, relays, and other automation equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and urgent maintenance calls during production.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies including lockout/tagout and arc flash procedures.
Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and parts usage documentation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical degree or certification preferred.
- 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments preferred.
