Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections on office equipment, wiring, and systems to ensure optimal functionality
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems and security equipment with precision and attention to detail
• Run and terminate network cabling for office infrastructure, ensuring proper connectivity and organization
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including lighting systems, power outlets, and circuit breakers compliant with local safety codes
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and fixtures following safety protocols and industry standards
• Respond promptly to electrical and system emergencies to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure system functionality and extend equipment lifespan
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, documenting procedures and outcomes for future reference

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrician or Maintenance Technician with hands-on expertise in electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols with certification preferred
• Experience with CCTV camera installation and configuration for security systems
• Proficiency in network cabling and termination for office infrastructure
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Physical stamina to work with hand and power tools for extended periods
• Availability for evening shifts (Monday-Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
• Technical certification or diploma in electrical systems or related field preferred
