Maintenance Engineer

Purpose:

We seek an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide advanced technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning for Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems. You’ll ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of critical equipment across industrial sites (Oil & Gas, Water)

Responsibilitie

1. VSD Maintenance & Repa

ir:
- Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Low-voltage V

SDs.- Troubleshoot power electronics, IGBTs, control boards, cooling systems, and harmonic filt

ers.- Conduct power quality analysis and waveform capt

ure.
2. ESP Operation & Optimiza

tion:
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot ESP systems (motor, pump, seal, sensor, surface

VSD).- Monitor ESP performance data (amperage, vibration, temperature, pressure) to optimize run life and effic

iency.
3. Field Service Exe

cution:
- Lead on-site interventions independently, including emergency breakdown

support.- Read and understand electrical schematics and control system d

iagrams.- Ensure work complies with HSE standards (LOTO, arc flash, confined

space).
Required Skills and Qualif
