Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation engineering, preferably AMO engineering
• Relevant engineering degree, preferably in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics/ Metallurgical & Materials / Industrial Engineering disciplines
• Technical knowledge of Aircraft (A1 Base) maintenance and Component (Cx Rating) maintenance experience is a plus
• Understanding of Part 145 regulations and requirements
• Excellent communication skills with experience writing and reviewing technical instructions
• Computer skills in MS Office applications and preferably AMOS Software
• Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Living in or willing to relocate to Istanbul (Asia Side)
• Flexibility to travel

In this role, you will

• Manage the expansion of maintenance capabilities for base and component maintenance, including maintenance task assessment for required tools and equipment, spare parts, workforce, and AMOS system preparation.
• Manage base maintenance projects in all stages (i.e., work package and Gantt Chart preparation, required tool-material check, task follow-up, reporting to manufacturer as applicable)
• Maintenance planning includes resource management and workflow establishment.
• Assist in coordinating technical issues between maintenance teams and manufacturers and/or CAMO engineering & planning departments to improve the maintenance process.
• Review maintenance findings/defects and the identification of solutions for repeated occurrences.
• Monitor maintenance processes to develop continuous improvement in coordination with technical compliance and quality departments.
• Report to assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness maintenance program.
