Maintenance Engineer

Oversee and ensure the continuous operation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical and/or electrical systems across our facilities or projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.

Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, or building systems (e.g., HVAC, pumps, motors, generators, lighting, plumbing, etc.).

Monitor and optimize equipment performance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and reports using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and in-house teams for specialized maintenance and repairs.

Assist in the planning and implementation of upgrades, retrofits, and system improvements.

Monitor spare parts inventory and raise procurement requests as necessary.

Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend solutions.

Contribute to energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives
