Maintenance Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods

2.Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults

3.Breakdown maintenance schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery.

4. Upkeep of certification and Contributing to documentation of departmental activities for Audit compliance..

5.Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly

6. Maintenance of DG Set, Air Compressor& Assembly line.

7. Carry out quality inspections on jobs as per requirements.

8.Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components

9. Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment

10. Monitor and control maintenance costs

11.Work with specialist equipment such as PLC ,PCB Testing machines, Laser engraving machines & ageing machines.

12. Ensure there is continuous cover over the machinery & equipment in case of breakdowns.

Skills:

1. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical person, including senior management.

2. Able to Root cause analysis

3. Strategic approach to improvements

4. Ability to work under pressure.

5. Good confidence & positive attitude

Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor ( Electronics / E&TC / Electrical )

Note:- 1-2 Years Bond compulsory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
