Maintenance Engineer

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering systems.
• Diagnose faults in HVAC, power distribution, control systems, and structural components.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, maintenance logs, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with design and operations teams to improve system reliability and reduce downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and engineering codes.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of maintenance supplies.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and upgrades.
