Maintenance Engineer

• Maintenance activity Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly with documents
• Maintainance of Breakdown and preventive maintainance data on monthly basis
• Every Sunday maintainance activity for each machine
• You should attend complaint during emergency ,Stay back till completion of work
• Dismantling and assembly of machine parts
• Followup with supplier to rectify the breakdown
• You should handle 3 shift incharges to fulfill your activities
• capable to attend and rectify when alarm notice, Identify Rootcause for all breakdowns
• Should Handle all the Mechanical and electrical maintenance of CNC machines
• Should handle all the cranes with assistance of BMPL team
• Should handle Air condition maintainance
• Should do follow up for AMC and preventive maintainance for each equipment
• Should do the machine geometrical test as per test chart and make sure that should be maintain within limit
• Should do the leveling of machine and maintian within limit
• Should adjust the machine parameter as per requiremnts.
• Should do the ball screw replacements and alignments also need to do if required
• Should do the spindle service if required need to do the bearing replacements
• .All necessary requirements of customizing for existing machine can be able to do.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
