Role & responsibilities

1. Good exposure & Experience in TPM implementation

2. CNC/ PLC/ Robotics/ Automation - Maintenance

3. Experience in Hydraulic and Pneumatic system Maintenance

4. Good experience in machine & tools maintenance

5. Machineries selection and CAPEX preparation.

6. Experience in maintenance of Welding Machine (LINCON Electric/ Power Wave), EOT (upto 70 Tons), Heavey Plat Rolling Machine ( Plat Thickness: upto 120 MM), Liquid Gas Plant, Utilities like DG, Compressor, UPS etc.

7. Substation Maintenance, VCB & ACB breaker service

8. Exposure in LEAN, TQM

9. Exposure in Energy saving

10. Working knowledge in ERP- Maintenance Module

11. Exposure in ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001

Salary Details: Salary will be at par with the best in the industry
