Job Purpose

To manage and execute utility maintenance and chemical plant projects, including erection, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of utility equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesUtility Maintenance

• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Oil Boilers, Ammonia Compressors, Cooling Towers, Vacuum Pumps, and Centrifugal Pumps.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of utility systems.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance strategies.
• Maintain maintenance records and statutory documentation.

Project Execution – Chemical Plant

• Execution of chemical plant projects including erection and commissioning.
• Coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Monitoring project timelines, quality, safety, and cost control.

Design & Engineering

• Design concepts of utility and process pipelines.
• Knowledge of steam accessories, PRVs, control valves, safety valves, and insulation systems.
• Review of P&IDs and engineering drawings.

BOQ & Costing

• Preparation of BOQ for pipelines, insulation, valves, PRVs, and utility accessories.
• Coordination with procurement and vendor evaluation.

Maintenance Best Practices & Documentation

• In-depth knowledge of best maintenance practices.
• Preparation of SOPs, maintenance schedules, and reports.
• Compliance with safety and statutory norms.

Reporting To

Head – Engineering / Plant Head

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per month
