Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

Coordinate technicians and contractors for planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Understand and manage SLAs, KPIs, and asset lifecycle management.

Review and ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.

Monitor system performance using BMS (Building Management System) and CMMS platforms.

Serve as the primary technical liaison between the facilities management team and the client’s representatives.

Attend regular client meetings to discuss maintenance activities, ongoing issues, and upcoming projects.

Provide timely updates, technical reports, and recommendations to clients.

Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and coordinating effective solutions.

Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports, CAPA, and HSE reports; ensure compliance with safety standards and FM industry best practices.

Qualification:

BE/B-Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry
