Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead MEP teams for daily operations and emergency maintenance.
Ensure all systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, are fully operational and compliant with standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all maintenance activities.
Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
License: Must hold a valid Omani (GCC) Driving License.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations efficiently.
