Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer with 1–4 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, equipment, motors, panels, drives, and control systems.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Handle electrical panels, PLC systems, sensors, and automation components.
• Conduct routine inspection of machines and utilities.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production team to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge of mechanical systems, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, compressors.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, motors, VFDs, and control panels.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge preferred.
• Experience in preventive & predictive maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Skills:

• Good problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Quick learner and proactive approach.
