Duties & Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance and Preventative Care
- · Perform regular maintenance on all machinery and equipment used for machine shops, inspection services and yard activities ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- · Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for CNC lathe machines, forklifts, generators, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize unexpected breakdowns.
Troubleshooting and Repairs
- · Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly and effectively to minimize operational disruptions.
- · Coordinate and supervise repair activities, including working with external vendors and contractors as needed.
- · Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in CNC machines, forklifts, generators, and other industrial equipment. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues.
Inspections and Compliance
- · Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- · Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality) policies and industry regulations.
Inventory and Documentation
- · Maintain an inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
- · Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
Continuous Improvement and Training
- · Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
- · Provide training and support to operational staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- · Performing Risk Assessment
- · Participating Internal And External Audit including Client Audit
- · Review of Quality Objectives and Data Analysis
- · Initiating MOC, when required
- · Participating in Management Review Meeting
Emergency Response
- · Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational impact.

- · Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- · Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering role, preferably within the oil and gas industry or a related field.
- · Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional, OSHA safety certification) are a plus.
