Maintenance Engineer

Job Purpose:

• Machinery, Equipment & Utilities Repairs and Maintenance
• TRUMPF Laser / Punching / Bending Machine Maintenance — CNC maintenance.
• Preventive / BD maintenance of Pneumatic tools
• Preventive / BD maintenance of Printing cell machines.
• Preventive / BD maintenance of module build cell machines.
• Execution of preventive maintenance plan for Bulk Warehouse machineries and equipment's.
• Powder Paint Plant, RCT, Zinc spray Preventive maintenance BD maintenance.
• Utility Maintenance — Compressor, Electric Stackers.
• Projects — Continuous improvements, Modifications
• Training of both production and maintenance members.
• Execution of new machineries installation and commissioning.
• Sourcing new suppliers for alternate Machine spare parts
• Working with D365 Asset Maintenance system

Key Accountabilities:

• Machinery and Equipment Service and Maintenance 0 Attending Breakdown calls and periodic Maintenance
• Doing Routine Maintenance as scheduled
• Maintenance activity job report generation
• Service records keeping
• Teamwork in Cost control activity and implementation
• Teamwork in Continuous improvement activity for saving.
• H&S and Environmental related work implementation
• Working independently and with Maintenance Team members Making Effective communication about plant related issues to the Engineers.
• Coordinating with all departments to carry out day to day shop floor activities.
• Meeting the departmental KPl's
• Maintaining the system in good condition by following the schedules
• Effective preventive maintenance to avoid downtime without compromising HSE requirements.
• Execution and maintain of preventive/ breakdown maintenance records as per ISO quality requirement.
• Training and maintaining training records of maintenance team members as per ISO quality requirement.
• Day to Day work allocation to maintenance team members
• Daily reporting to Line Manager

Performance Indicators:

Machine up time team KPI - 98% and above
Zero accidents at work place
All departmental KPI'S

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Engineering in Electrical / Electronic with good working knowledge in sheet metal fabrication machinery.

Minimum Experience:

5-7 years' experience in maintenance department.

Preferably in sheet metal manufacturing industry.

Good exposure to industrial maintenance in Gulf region

Responsibilities:

8) Data Collection and Analysis: Extract relevant data from information provided by others, and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats.
9) Personal Capability Building: Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Educational Requirements: Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education

General Experience Requirement: Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months)

Managerial Experience Requirement: Very limited (0 to 3 months)
