Technical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on replacement parts and review parts requests to ensure compatibility with existing equipment and systems.
• Coordinate and monitor repair requests; prepare quotations and process purchase requests for spare parts required for corrective and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities according to scheduled plans.
• Provide on-site technical support and service to customers.
• Prepare and complete all required documentation for new machine installations.
• Prepare validation documentation, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and calibration certificates for tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records within the automated maintenance management system.
• Coordinate internally to ensure timely spare parts procurement and service completion.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a preference for Biomedical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance and routine repair tasks.
• Possession of a vehicle is advantageous.
