Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience supervising contractors and coordinating maintenance activities is an advantage.
• Must be a Mechanical Engineer

Property Supervisor

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in property management, preferably within luxury or high-end real estate environments.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, including tenant relations, facilities management, and maintenance coordination.
• Proven ability to oversee day-to-day property activities while maintaining exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.
