Maintenance Engineer / Technician (General – Electrical & Plumbing)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Engineer to handle day-to-day technical issues across electrical, plumbing, and general repair works. The role requires a practical problem-solver who can independently diagnose and fix issues on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs (electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry)
• Diagnose faults and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Handle installation and repair of electrical systems (lighting, sockets, basic wiring)
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems (leaks, blockages, fittings, water systems)
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent breakdowns
• Coordinate with external contractors when required
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and UAE regulations
• Maintain tools and report material requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance / technician role in UAE (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing systems
• General repair works
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
• Good physical condition and hands-on approach
• Ability to communicate in English (basic level minimum)

Preferred

• Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance
• Technical certification (electrical / mechanical / maintenance)
• UAE driving license (advantage)

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
