Maintenance Executive - Mechanical

A leading FMCG industry is hiring for the position of Executive - Mechanical department.

We are looking for candidates with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Pneumatic and hydraulic in Mechanical Maintenance department. The job location is Karaikal.

Job Description :

Maintenance Budget Prepartion work

2. Project Budget Prepartion work

3. BOM & BOQ Preparation for Project and Maintenace Activity

4.Capex Spent and Utilization Data Collection and Document Creation

5. Reduce the Spares Purchase Cost by doing the Old Equipment service to Improve the Efficiency

6. 5S and Kaizen implementation in Both Plants

7. Quotation Collection for Project and Maintenace Related Spares

8. Effectly Planning and Done Preventive Maintenace & Breakdown Maintenace for Both Plants

9. Mechanical Related Spare Maintaining for Liquid and Bar Plant Smooth Operation

10. Followup with Plant Team to plan the DM Water Connectivity for Production Usage.

11. Utility Related Spare Maintaining for Liquid and Bar Plant Smooth Operation

12. New Filling and Packing machine Installation works

13. Daily Project and Maintenace related activity Permit prepartion and completing the same by with Follow all Safety protocals

14. Utility Related RM and Chemical Ordring and Followup

15. Building Maintenace Related material ordering and Work Followup

16. Network (Schedule) Prepartion for Maintenace and Project Activities

17. Machinery maintenance and fabrication work follow up.

18. New projects support and material procurement as per request.

19. Plant White Wash Record Preparation and Maintaining20Statutory document follow up
=> Pressure and Non pressure vessels
=> Lifting equipments
=> Others(chain block, relief valves) etc

21. Machine and equipment AMC work follow up.

22. Monthly plant review meeting datas preparation and sharing to factory head.

23. Implementation of plant-wide kaizen practices to improve production and safety through technical staffs

24. Keep maintenance log and reports of daily activities.

25. Plant overall layout/drawing preparation and updation based on new implemented project

26. Visual inspection of procured materials for machineries and projects.

27. Supervision of mechanical team and lead all maintenance processes and operations.

28. Maintaining critical spares for all machineries. Ordering, following upto delivery of materials29Maintaining all machineries to ensure it’s at working standards.
