SR. MANAGER (MAINTENANCE & FACILITY)

Candidate preferably BE in Electrical & Electronics with 18 to 20 years’ experience in the operations of the Property Management service line role in Industrial and Building projects & working as part of the project management team.

Candidates are preferred from only Bangalore location. The Job brief is as under:

  • To ensure managing of properties, including building operations and administration, Maintenance through AMC, budget planning.
  • To ensure practicing of breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance, spare inventory planning, statutory compliance. Updating troubleshooting skills and to honour commitments on costs, quality and time on various tasks arising out of the business.
  • Civil and finishes infrastructure & services.
  • Mechanical infrastructure and services.
  • Electrical infrastructure and services.
  • Build tenant satisfaction ensuring prompt follow-up on escalated issues.
  • Knowledge of MEP services including HVAC, CCTV, STP, DG sets, etc.
  • Supervise Property Management staff and review/monitor their performance for professional conduct with tenants.
  • All Property Management compliance-related requirements.

Note:
Preference will be given for those candidates who have served in service agencies like PMC firms, etc.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
