Maintenance Head – Auto Component Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the continuous operation of machinery and equipment.
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze equipment performance data and implement predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
- Oversee troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with production management to support manufacturing operations and address any maintenance-related issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks and procurement of spare parts.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, promoting a safe working environment.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices in the manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, including CNC machines, assembly lines, and testing equipment.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies, such as vibration analysis and thermal imaging.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address maintenance challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for planning and tracking maintenance activities.
