Maintenance Incharge

Responsibilities

Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of all machinery, utilities, and facilities.

Carry out welding, cutting, grinding, bearing replacement, greasing, gearbox repair, fabrication, drafting & measuring.

Support electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

Maintain plant infrastructure (boilers, compressors etc)

Supervise maintenance staff, ensure safety and compliance.

Manage spare parts inventory, vendors, and AMC contracts.

Keep records updated for audits and statutory compliance.

Requirements

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical.

5–10 years of plant maintenance experience (food/FMCG preferred).

Strong mechanical repair skills; basic electrical knowledge.

Good team management and problem-solving ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
