Maintenance Incharge

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance In-Charge to join our school's administrative team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance procedures, policies, and standards to ensure our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. This role includes prioritizing and scheduling maintenance tasks based on urgency and operational impact, as well as supervising and guiding a team of maintenance technicians while providing necessary training.

The Maintenance In-Charge will regularly inspect HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and structural integrity to identify and resolve issues. Coordinating with external contractors and vendors for specialized repair and maintenance projects is essential. The candidate will also monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, initiating procurement as needed, and ensure adherence to safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Budget preparation and management, including tracking expenses and optimizing costs, are key responsibilities. The Maintenance In-Charge will maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, such as work orders, equipment repair history, and preventive maintenance schedules. Prompt response to emergencies or breakdowns is crucial to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Pay: ₹16,918.82 - ₹25,000.00 per month
