Job Description
Kraft Heinz is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. As a Maintenance Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting our equipment, as well as deploying and following up on our Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) maintenance system. You will play a key role in developing troubleshooting guides for selected machines in our Cairo Factory.
Responsibilities

Create a maintenance troubleshooting guide for our equipment

Deploy and follow up on our CBM maintenance system

Collaborate with the Maintenance, Production, and Warehouse departments to ensure successful project outcomes

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports

Study the selected machines
-
Collect Data of breakdowns history

Interview production and maintenance team members
-
Make a troubleshooting guide
-
Validate the guide made on ground.

Present project updates and findings in a midterm presentation after 3 months regarding CBM project and a final presentation at the end of the 6-month internship regarding troubleshooting guidelines.
Required Skills
-
A recent graduate with a degree in Engineering, with a relevant major such as Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Process, or Industrial Engineering
