Responsibilities:
Role Overview
To be able to lead technical training and capability development for our maintenance
team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about empowering others, enhancing
technical skills, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
Design and deliver structured training programs for maintenance technicians
Conduct hands-on workshops and classroom sessions on equipment,
troubleshooting, and safety
Develop competency matrices and track individual progress
Technical Expertise & Support
Provide expert guidance on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Assist in developing SOPs and maintenance manuals
Capability Building & Coaching
Identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans
Mentor team members to improve technical confidence and problem-solving
abilities
Promote best practices and a proactive maintenance mindset
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate training records and certification logs
Report on training effectiveness and team performance improvements
Collaborate with HR and operations to align training with business needs
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Proffered to have a bachelor’s degree in electrical, Instrumentation, or
Mechatronics
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within FMCG or industrial
environments
Proven experience in technical training or team development
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment and systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with CMMS and training tools
