Maintenance Manager

Essentials:

· At least 3-5 years’ experience in the UAE

· Prior experience as maintenance manager, repair manager or in a related role (MEP)

· Must have strong personality and can handle staff coordination

· Experience in dealing budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work.

· Understanding of legal safety regulations within the industry.

· Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own.

· Liaising with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing, etc.

· Ability to lead all maintenance team and repaired-related activities in the company.

· Ability to increase the income of the company and meet the target

· Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting.

Nationality: Any

Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible.

Passport should be valid for more than 6 months.

Driving License: preferred driving license

Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai.

Age: between 30 – 45 yrs old

Salary: To be discussed depending on the interview and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
