Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Silvassa (Dadra Nagar Haweli)

Requisites:

• B.E./B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in pharma manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of pharma plant machinery, HVAC, utilities, and cleanroom equipment.
• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance systems (e.g., TPM, CMMS).
• Good understanding of cGMP, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Team leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, utility, HVAC, instrumentation) to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of all production and utility equipment as per GMP and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, SOPs, and documentation systems.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
• Plan and manage AMC contracts, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.
• Maintain statutory compliance related to equipment, safety, and environment (e.g., boilers, compressors, electrical safety).
• Manage installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Lead a team of maintenance engineers and technicians; ensure training and development of the team.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Handle audits from regulatory bodies like USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc., related to maintenance and engineering functions.
