Job Title: Repair & Maintenance Manager
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: PTIS Head Office, Karachi

Job Purpose

The Repair & Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing, and continuously improving all repair and maintenance activities across the organization. This role ensures that equipment, tools, and machinery remain in optimal working condition, while minimizing downtime, controlling costs, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and supervise all repair and maintenance operations.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and machinery meet operational and safety standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns.
• Utilize data analysis to predict and prevent potential technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions with timely corrective action.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain equipment reliability.
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relations, and procurement of maintenance materials.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and downtime.
• Train, guide, and evaluate maintenance team members to enhance skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational and project needs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in oil & gas, manufacturing, or engineering services.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Experience in managing teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs135,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
