Maintenance Manager

MINIMUM 2YRS MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

• Operate, maintain, modify, service and repair mechanical, electrical and air conditioning, plumbing.
• Identify symptoms of equipment failure.
• Ensure that machines are safe for use by employees and that health, safety and quality management procedures are followed.
• Ensuring proper temperature control and cleanliness in workout areas.
• Communication with gym management about ongoing issues.
• Ordering and managing inventory for replacement parts and maintenance tools.
• EXPERIENCE: ITI/diploma or Licence holder
