Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize all maintenance operations. You will ensure maximum equipment availability, minimize downtime, and maintain safe and reliable plant performance. You will drive preventive maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

• Lead and manage maintenance teams, ensuring performance and accountability.

• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production and other departments.

• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.

• Monitor maintenance KPIs, breakdown trends, and maintenance costs.

• Drive reliability improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.

• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.

• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing environments.

• PMP certification preferred.

• Fluent in English with strong professional communication and reporting skills.
