What You'll Be Doing

• Elevate maintenance planning standards to achieve 70%+ planned maintenance compliance
• Implement reliability-centred maintenance and condition-based strategies
• Develop structured technician training and competency frameworks
• Report directly to regional leadership with full responsibility for site maintenance performance

What You'll Bring

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years in maintenance leadership roles within mining environments
• Strong underground fleet and OEM equipment expertise
• Demonstrated ability to improve safety, uptime and maintenance cost per operating hour
