Maintenance Manager

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Food & Beverage manufacturing facility that is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, drive equipment reliability, and lead a high‑performing technical team. The maintenance manager will manage mechanical, electrical, and automation systems while supporting overall plant performance and safety.

Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support the maintenance team
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs using CMMS tools
• Manage maintenance activities for plant utilities, equipment, and control systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, automation, and processing issues
• Maintain accurate documentation for equipment, electrical systems, and PLC programs
• Support capital projects, new installations, and system upgrades
• Partner with operations and engineering to improve equipment reliability and process performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and mechanical integrity requirements
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and technical specialists as needed

Maintenance Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Compensation

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 USD
