Maintenance Manager - Bodrum, TR

Responsibilities

• Management and leadership of the Aircraft Maintenance department
• Leads subordinates by setting targets, coaching and controlling
• Supervises all activities of the Aircraft Maintenance department
• Liaises with customers
• Assures that given budget figures are met
• Supervises ordering processes of required equipment
• Takes an active role and responsibility in the quotation process
• Assures that the relevant approvals of the Aviation Authorities are maintained
• Ensures that maintenance, installation as well as production activities within the completion are carried out in accordance with the requirements and are documented properly
• Ensures that safety rules are followed during all activities
• Communicates the status and condition of the maintenance activities to the relevant departments
• Assure that all used relevant manuals are up-to-date and as per latest revision status
• Plans and supervises workload and knows about status of projects at all time
• Plans, organizes and coordinates training for employees within the department
• Must work in accordance with applicable procedure as per Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and other AMAC Specifications
