Maintenance Manager (HVAC, Electrical & General Maintenance)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with strong expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, and general maintenance to oversee end-to-end maintenance operations across multiple sites. The role ensures optimal performance of all technical systems, safety compliance, cost control, and uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, split units, and ventilation systems.
• Oversee electrical systems such as LT panels, wiring, lighting, generators, UPS, and power distribution.
• Handle general maintenance activities including plumbing, civil works, carpentry, painting, and fixtures.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Supervise in-house maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and environmental standards.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and control maintenance budgets, reports, and asset registers.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for new store openings, renovations, and refurbishments.
• Ensure proper functioning of fire-fighting systems and emergency equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance, preferably in retail, supermarket, mall, or commercial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and building maintenance.
• Proven leadership and contractor management experience.
