Maintenance Manager (Real Estate Experience Required)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the smooth operation and upkeep of our waterpark’s facilities, attractions, and technical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building maintenance, MEP systems, and facility management, ensuring all assets are safe, reliable, and compliant with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems are functioning optimally.
✅ Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and emergency repairs for rides, pools, and park facilities.
✅ Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
✅ Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams to minimize downtime and ensure guest safety.
✅ Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
✅ Prepare maintenance reports, equipment logs, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities or maintenance management, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or leisure operations.
* MEP Certification is an advantage (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
* Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and project coordination skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multicultural teams.
