About the Role

Guardforce Facilities Management is a new and growing division under Guardforce Global. We are seeking an FM Supervisor who can handle both operations management and business development. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, flexible, and motivated to help establish our FM presence in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations once contracts are mobilised (cleaning, maintenance, pest control, MEP basics, etc.).
• Conduct site surveys and prepare operational requirements for quotations and tenders.
• Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Generate new business leads, conduct field visits, and support contract acquisition.
• Manage service delivery and ensure compliance with UAE HSE and municipality requirements.
• Monitor staff performance, guide teams on-site, and coordinate with subcontractors/vendors.
• Maintain records of operations, staff deployment, and compliance documentation.
• Respond promptly to client issues, service requests, or emergencies.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and cost control within operations.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of soft services (cleaning, pest control, security coordination) and basic hard services (MEP, HVAC, plumbing).
• Proven ability to handle clients and conduct site surveys.
• Hands-on, independent, and willing to travel across UAE.
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic/Tagalog/Hindi an advantage).
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 (depending on experience).
• Company Provides: Visa + medical insurance + transport/fuel allowance for work-related travel.
• Performance Incentive: 1% commission on net profit based on first year’s total contract value for each new client secured.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
